Kurveline Manufacturing operates a complete in-house sheet metal fabrication line — from raw sheet and tube material to finished, inspected assemblies. Every process in the chain is available under one roof: CNC laser cutting, turret punching, precision bending, laser welding, hardware insertion, and final assembly. No outsourcing, no inter-vendor delays, no quality gaps between processes.
We work from customer drawings — DXF, DWG, GD&T, STEP, or PDF. Every order begins with a technical review of the drawing before fabrication begins. Prototype units are fabricated on the same machinery as production runs, with the same CNC programs and the same quality checks. The result is a consistent, predictable outcome from the first unit to the last — whether that is one prototype or 300 production units.
