Kurveline Manufacturing operates a full sheet metal fabrication line from our APIIC IDA facility in Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam. We work from CAD files, DXF drawings, GD&T specifications, or sketches — and we fabricate to the exact material, thickness, finish, and tolerance your application requires.
For tolerance-critical assemblies — such as the EM200 Medical Device Chassis (31 components, ±0.5mm post-weld tolerance, CII-AMTZ MedTech Quality Champion nominated 2024) — we design and manufacture welding fixtures and receiver gauges in-house before production begins. This is how we ensure dimensional accuracy is repeatable across an entire batch, not just the first unit.

EM200 Chassis
EM200 Medical Device Chassis — CII-AMTZ MedTech Quality Champion Nomination 2024Our primary fabrication facility is located in the APIIC Industrial Development Area, Autonagar, Visakhapatnam, close to the Parawada pharma corridor (Ramky Pharma City/JNPC), where several of our pharma clients operate. We have acquired land at AMTZ (Andhra MedTech Zone, Visakhapatnam) for a second dedicated facility, which will include dedicated assembly lines and an in-house powder coating facility, for reducing lead times and enabling higher production volumes.
The Challange
Weld 31 sub-components into a single structural assembly supporting 2,000+ parts and subassemblies — maintaining ±0.5mm post-weld dimensional accuracy throughout. Any deviation affects the device’s diagnostic output.
Our Solution
Designed and manufactured in-house welding fixtures and receiver gauges before production began. Each fixture locks components in position; each gauge verifies post-weld dimensions. IPG Laser Welding machine used for precision joints. Result: consistent ±0.5mm tolerance across the entire production batch.
