Our Process
From Drawing to Delivery
A precision fabrication process — used for single prototypes and 300-unit production runs alike — with quality verification at every stage.
01
Drawing / Requirement Intake
Send us a CAD file, DXF, GD&T drawing, technical specification, or even a rough sketch. We accept any format. Our team reviews material requirements (MS, SS 304/316, engineered wood/laminate), surface finish, tolerances, and environmental conditions (cleanroom, outdoor, pharma-grade). No requirement is too unusual. Most of our best projects started with a brief that no catalogue could answer.
02
Feasibility Review, Fixturing Plan & Quotation
We evaluate manufacturing feasibility, including weld sequences, fixturing requirements for tolerance-critical assemblies, and finish options. For the EM200 Chassis, this step included identifying that 31-component welding to ±0.5mm post-weld tolerance required custom in-house fixtures before a single weld was made. We provide a detailed quotation covering materials, labour, fixture tooling if needed, timeline, and optional installation. Batch pricing for repeat orders.
03
In-House Fixture & Gauge Design (for precision assemblies)
For tolerance-critical work, we design and manufacture welding fixtures and receiver gauges in-house before production begins. This step, applied on both the EM200 Chassis (±0.5mm, 31 subcomponents) and the Health Kiosk modular body (dimensional accuracy across repeated components) ensures that quality is built into the process, not inspected in at the end. Every unit in a production run meets the same specification as the first.
04
CNC Fabrication, Welding & Assembly
Components are laser-cut on our Bystronic CNC Fibre Laser (with tube cutting capability), formed on the AMADA Hydraulic CNC Press Brake, punched on the TRUMPF TruePunch 100, and pipe-bent on the ERCOLINA machine. IPG Laser Welding delivers precision joints, checked against in-house gauges at each stage. Hardware clinching via HAEGER Electric Clinching Machine. Woodworking components (panel saw, edge banding) run in parallel for mixed-material orders.
05
Quality Inspection, Delivery & Installation
Every finished assembly is verified against the original drawing: dimensions, weld integrity, surface finish, tapped hole accuracy (for assemblies like the EM200’s 200+ M3 & M4 holes), and hardware fitment. Only approved pieces are dispatch-cleared. We coordinate delivery to site and provide on-site installation support. So the finished product is exactly what the drawing said it would be.
