Capabilities — Engineering & Manufacturing

Capability Scope
Design Support Feasibility review · material recommendation · DFM identification · tolerance strategy · no drawing required to start
CAD Design 2D DXF/DWG · 3D STEP/IGES · assembly drawings · unfolded sheet metal drawings · customer-owned output
DFM Review Bend radius check · weld access · tolerance stacking · fixturing requirement · material efficiency analysis
Prototype Single unit on production machinery · same CNC program · same inspection · same result as production
OEM Production Program retention · fixture retention · batch-to-batch consistency · material certificates · production records
Custom Manufacturing Any material · any quantity · any stage (sketch to GD&T) · all categories in scope
Welding Fixtures In-house fixture and gauge design for tolerance-critical assemblies — ±0.5mm demonstrated (EM200 Chassis)

Applications

MedTech & Health Tech

Prototype enclosures and chassis through to 300-unit production — hpod Health Kiosk and EM200 Chassis

Pharmaceutical

GMP-compliant SS furniture with DFM, material grade review, and GMP documentation support

Industrial OEM

New product enclosure and assembly development from concept to repeat-order supply

Customization

Customers can engage at any development stage: rough sketch, reference sample, verbal description, or complete GD&T specification. Material grade, fabrication process, dimensional tolerance, fixturing requirement, production quantity, and delivery schedule are all specifiable. A formal drawing is not required to begin a conversation. Kurveline will confirm feasibility and identify any DFM concerns within 2 business days of receiving a brief.

Our Process

01

Brief / Sketch

Concept, reference sample, or rough sketch accepted — no formal drawing required to start.

02

DFM & CAD Review

Manufacturability, tolerances, and material checked while CAD drawings are developed.

03

Prototype Fabrication

A single unit built on production machinery, with the same CNC programs and inspection.

04

Design Sign-off

Prototype reviewed and approved with the client before production begins.

05

OEM Production Programme

Repeat-order runs from retained programs and fixtures, with consistent quality batch to batch.

06

QC & Dispatch

Final inspection against specification, then parts released for dispatch.

Quality & Engineering

Engineering support is available throughout the project lifecycle — from material selection and DFM review at the brief stage through to production documentation and repeat-order management. In-house welding fixture and receiver gauge design ensures that tolerance-critical assemblies are controlled during fabrication. CNC programs and welding fixtures are retained for the life of each product, enabling batch-to-batch consistency across all order cycles without re-qualification cost. The EM200 Medical Device Chassis — 31 components, ±0.5mm post-weld tolerance — is the clearest demonstration of this engineering process.

Have a drawing that needs precision fabrication? We would like to see it.
