Our Process
Engineering Drawing
Enclosure layout, cable entry positions, and mounting requirements received from the client.
Material & IP Confirmation
MS or SS material and IP rating confirmed, with gasket geometry set to match.
Laser Cut & Punch
Sheet cut to size, with gland holes, louvres, and cutouts punched or laser-cut to the layout drawing.
Form & Weld
Enclosure formed on the press brake and seams welded to the IP requirement.
Surface Finish & Hardware
Powder coat or SS finish applied, then DIN rail and back-panel hardware fitted.
QC & Dispatch
IP sealing, cutouts, and finish checked against the drawing before dispatch.
Quality & Engineering
Industrial enclosures are inspected for dimensional accuracy against drawing, coating quality (adhesion, colour match), cable entry clearances, hardware fitment, and structural integrity. IP-relevant features (gasket channels, door seal geometry) checked against specification. Clients: HPCL, Schneider Electric, IFGL, Tata Advanced Systems.
