Our Process
Rack Layout / Floor Plan
Rack dimensions, U count, and row layout confirmed against the customer's floor plan or drawing.
Engineering Review
Gauge, finish, and accessory specs finalised; fabrication drawings prepared for production.
Laser Cut & Punch
Sheet metal cut and punched to spec — panels, frames, and mounting components profiled.
Form & Weld
Components bent and welded into the rack frame, side panels, and structural sub-assemblies.
Surface Finish
Powder coating applied in RAL 9005 black, any RAL colour, or SS 304 for specialist environments.
QC & Dispatch
Racks inspected for finish, fit, and dimensional accuracy, then packed and dispatched.
Quality & Engineering
Rack enclosures are inspected for dimensional accuracy, mounting hole pattern accuracy, surface coating quality, and structural integrity before dispatch. Custom rack dimensions are verified against the customer drawing before shipping. Powder coat adhesion and coverage are checked as standard. For critical installations, documentation of dimensional inspection can be provided on request.
