- Customization
Your Requirement. Our Fabrication. No Catalogue In Between.
Customization across every service — sheet metal, furniture, enclosures, engineering, wood works, and data centre solutions. From a brief or a drawing, to a finished product. No minimum order.

All Services Customiation
Customisation is available across every service category — sheet metal, furniture, enclosures, engineering, wood works, and data centre solutions.

Kurveline Manufacturing operates without a standard product range. Every product is fabricated to a customer drawing, specification, or requirement. This applies across all seven service categories: Sheet Metal Fabrication, Furniture, Enclosures & Assemblies, Engineering & Manufacturing, Finishing & Wood Works, Data Centre Solutions, and the Customisation services described on this page. There are no standard sizes, no standard configurations, and no minimum order quantities. The starting point is always what the customer needs.
Custom Design & Engineering
Solutions developed from customer drawings, reference samples, rough concepts, or verbal requirements — at any development stage.

Customers can engage Kurveline at any stage of product development. A rough sketch, a reference sample, a photograph of a similar product, or a verbal description of the requirement is sufficient to begin. Kurveline's engineering team reviews every custom project for manufacturability before committing to production — identifying material grade, fixturing requirements, tolerance considerations, and any DFM concerns. CAD drawings are developed where required, owned by the customer, and output in DXF, DWG, STEP, or PDF format. A formal drawing is not a prerequisite for starting a conversation.
Custom Materials & Finishes
Material grade, surface finish, colour, dimensions, hardware, and fabrication method — all specified by the customer.

Material selection at Kurveline is always environment-driven. SS 304 or SS 316 is chosen by cleaning regime and corrosion exposure, not by price or catalogue availability. Mild Steel is powder-coated in any RAL colour. Engineered wood and laminate are available in any colour or finish. Surface finish is specified by Ra value for GMP environments — Ra ≤ 0.8μm for product-contact pharma surfaces. Weld finish is specified as crevice-free for pharma and cleanroom contact joints. Hardware — locks, castors, hinges, handles, adjustable feet — is always specified by the customer. No feature of any product is fixed by a standard range.
Prototype to Production
Custom projects progress from concept through prototype validation into repeatable production — with engineering support at every stage.

Kurveline runs prototype units on the same machinery, with the same CNC programs, the same welding fixtures, and the same quality inspection as production batches. The prototype is the first unit of the eventual production run — not a development approximation. Once the design is validated, production begins without re-qualification. CNC programs and welding fixtures are retained for repeat orders, maintaining dimensional consistency across order cycles with no re-setup cost. Reference: hpod Health Kiosk — one prototype delivered, commercially launched at WeWork Bangalore, followed by a 300-unit purchase order, all from the same Kurveline facility.

Input Options
A Drawing
Send it in whatever format it already exists in. We'll open it, review it, and quote from it directly.
A Sketch
Rough dimensions on paper or a napkin work fine. Add the material and quantity and we can start a conversation.
A Brief
No drawing at all yet. Describe the requirement, where it'll be used, the dimensions, and how many you need.
Our Process
Brief / Drawing / Sample
Requirement shared as a drawing, rough sketch, reference sample, or written brief — at any stage of development.
Feasibility & Material Review
Material grade, fixturing, tolerance, and DFM concerns reviewed before committing to production.
CAD / DFM if Required
Drawings developed where needed — customer-owned output in DXF, DWG, STEP, or PDF.
Prototype / First Unit
First unit built on the same machinery and fixtures as production — not a development approximation.
Production Programme
CNC programs and fixtures retained from the prototype, carrying dimensional consistency into the run.
QC & Delivery
Units inspected against spec, then packed and dispatched — ready for repeat orders on demand.
Quality & Engineering
All custom products are inspected against the customer drawing or specification before dispatch. Engineering support is available throughout — from material selection and DFM review at brief stage to production documentation and repeat-order management. In-house welding fixture and receiver gauge design for tolerance-critical assemblies ensures process control is built in, not inspected-in after. CNC programs and fixtures are retained for every product across all order cycles. The EM200 Medical Device Chassis — 31 components, ±0.5mm post-weld tolerance, CII-AMTZ MedTech Quality Champion Nominated 2024 — is the clearest demonstration of this approach at its most demanding.
