Drawing / Material Spec
Panel dimensions and board material confirmed against the customer drawing.
Board & Laminate Selection
MDF, plywood, particle board, or solid wood selected, with laminate finish and colour.
Panel Cutting
Panels cut on the ALTENDORF Panel Saw — square, accurate cuts to drawing dimensions.
Edge Banding
PVC or ABS banding applied on the HOMAG machine, matched to the laminate face colour.
Quality Check
Panels inspected for adhesion, flush finish, colour match, and dimensional accuracy.
Assembly / Dispatch
Components released for in-house assembly or dispatched ready for customer assembly.
Quality & Engineering
Panel dimensions are checked against the drawing for squareness and accuracy after cutting. Edge banding is inspected for adhesion quality, flush finish, and colour consistency before components move to assembly. For mixed-material projects, wood components and sheet metal components are coordinated to arrive at the assembly stage simultaneously. Component dimensions are consistent across production batches — suitable for repeat-order supply of furniture components to institutional and commercial projects.
