Kurveline fabricates custom sheet metal enclosures and structural assemblies for MedTech devices, medical equipment, industrial systems, electrical distribution, and control panel applications. Every enclosure is fabricated to a customer engineering drawing — cable entry provisions, IP-rated gasket geometry, component mounting arrangements, and dimensional tolerances are all designed in, not adapted after.
For precision assemblies where post-weld dimensional accuracy is critical, Kurveline designs and manufactures welding fixtures and receiver gauges in-house before production begins. The EM200 Medical Device Chassis — 31 sub-components, ±0.5mm post-weld tolerance, 200+ tapped holes, supporting 2,000+ parts — was produced using this process and nominated for the CII-AMTZ MedTech Quality Champion Award 2024.
