Custom Furniture for Every Environment. Fabricated to Your Drawing, Not Our Catalogue
SS 304, SS 316, and Mild Steel furniture for cleanrooms, pharmaceutical plants, hospitals, industrial facilities, and institutions — any configuration, any dimension, no minimum order.
- Service Overview
Kurveline manufactures custom furniture in Stainless Steel (SS 304 and SS 316), Mild Steel (powder-coated), and engineered wood with laminate — for cleanrooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, hospitals, industrial facilities, and institutional buildings. Every piece is fabricated to a customer drawing or facility specification. No standard range. No catalogue constraints.
The choice of material grade is always environment-driven: SS 316 for CIP cleaning environments and product-contact pharma surfaces; SS 304 for general cleanroom and hospital areas; MS powder-coated for industrial, canteen, and institutional applications. Surface finish is specifiable by Ra value for GMP environments. Weld finish is specifiable as crevice-free for pharma and cleanroom contact surfaces. Dimensions are taken from your facility layout — not from a standard size list.
Material & Compliance Quick Guide
| Material / Finish | Application |
|---|---|
| SS 316 | CIP areas, product-contact pharma surfaces, coastal environments, chemical washdown — SS 316 resists chloride pitting that SS 304 cannot. |
| SS 304 | General cleanroom storage, hospital wards, non-CIP pharma areas, food-adjacent environments. |
| MS Powder-Coated | Industrial workbenches, lockers, canteen furniture, institutional fit-outs — any RAL colour. |
| Engineered Wood / Laminate | Reception desks, institutional furniture, mixed-material pieces — combined with MS or SS frame. |
| Surface Finish — Ra ≤ 0.8μm | GMP pharma contact surfaces — verifiable and documented on request. |
| Weld Finish — Crevice-Free | GMP cleanroom and pharma contact joints — ground and polished, not just visually smooth. |
