Every enclosure is a sheet metal fabrication — MS or stainless — designed to the customer’s cable entry layout, IP rating, and component mounting arrangement. Standard catalogue boxes require modification. Kurveline’s enclosures are correct from fabrication.

Layout Drawing
Enclosure layout, mounting type, and cable entry positions received from the client.
IP & Material Confirmation
MS or SS material and IP rating confirmed, with door and mounting configuration agreed.
Laser Cut & Punch
Sheet cut to size, with gland holes and cutouts punched or laser-cut to the layout drawing.
Form & Weld
Enclosure formed on the press brake and seams welded to the IP requirement.
Hardware & Surface Finish
Hinges, locks, and mounting hardware fitted, then powder coat or SS finish applied.
QC & Dispatch
IP sealing, doors, and finish checked against the drawing before dispatch.
Quality & Engineering
Electrical enclosures inspected for dimensional accuracy, gasket channel geometry, cable entry clearance, DIN rail fitment, coating quality, and door alignment before dispatch. IP sealing geometry verified against specification.
