- Prototype to Production
From prototype to production - consistent quality, machinery, and programs at every scale.
- Service Overview
Prototype to Production at Kurveline means the prototype and the production run use the same CNC programs, the same welding fixtures, the same tooling, and the same quality checks. The prototype is not a one-off development exercise — it is the first unit of the eventual production batch. Kurveline demonstrated this on the hpod Health Kiosk for India Health Link: one prototype fabricated, validated, and followed by a 300-unit purchase order — all from the same facility.
Single prototype components and assemblies, pre-production validation runs, volume production of sheet metal enclosures, furniture, chassis, and sub-assemblies — from the same tools and programs used for the prototype.
- No quality gap between prototype and production — same machinery, same programs, same fixtures
- CNC programs and welding fixtures retained for repeat orders — no re-qualification cost
- Prototype-to-production path confirmed at project start — no supplier switch at scale-up
- No minimum order quantity — one prototype accepted without production commitment
- Design iterations incorporated after prototype before production begins

Applications

MedTech & Health Tech
Prototype development through to 300-unit production (hpod Health Kiosk — India Health Link / AMTZ)

Medical Devices
First-article chassis fabrication through to batch production for OEM medical device manufacturers

Industrial OEMs
New product enclosures and assemblies from prototype to repeat production

Pharma & Healthcare
Sample unit approval before full facility fit-out order
Customization
Development stage (prototype, pre-production, production), drawing format, material, quantities per phase, tolerance, surface finish, and delivery requirements can all be specified. A sketch, brief, or rough dimensions are sufficient to initiate a prototype enquiry. No minimum order quantity applies at any stage.
Our Process
Brief / Drawing
Requirements, drawings, materials, and target quantities received from the client.
Feasibility Review
Design checked for manufacturability, tolerances, and material suitability.
Prototype Fabrication
Prototype built to the drawing for fit and function checks.
Design Validation & Revision
Prototype reviewed with the client and the design revised where needed.
Production Programme
Approved programs and fixtures set up and retained for repeat orders.
Volume Delivery
Production batches delivered with the agreed documentation.
Quality & Engineering
Prototype units undergo identical quality inspection to production units — ensuring the result accurately represents what production will deliver. Production batch records and first-article inspection documentation available. Second facility under development at AMTZ, Visakhapatnam for increased MedTech production capacity.
