Precision CNC fibre laser cutting for sheet metal components, panels, and profiles.

Close-up of Bystronic CNC Fibre Laser in operation — sparks and laser beam on sheet metal. Facility-shot from Kurveline APIIC IDA, Gajuwaka.

CNC laser cutting is the primary sheet metal cutting process at Kurveline Manufacturing. The Bystronic CNC Fibre Laser delivers high-accuracy cutting of flat sheet metal and tube/pipe profiles with a narrow kerf, clean edge quality, and minimal heat-affected zone — making it the preferred process for precision components, enclosure blanks, structural panels, and production parts.

Kurveline laser-cuts sheet metal and tube profiles in Mild Steel, Stainless Steel SS 304 and SS 316 to customer DXF and CAD drawings. Precision sheet metal components, fabrication brackets, structural plates, furniture panels, enclosure blanks, and tube profiles are all within scope.

  • No tooling cost — laser cutting from DXF files means any geometry can be cut without die or punch tooling investment
  • Tight positional tolerance to ±0.1mm for standard sheet metal cutting
  • Tube cutting capability: round, square, and rectangular profiles cut without outsourcing
  • Consistent quality from first prototype to production batch — same program, same result
  • Fast turnaround: DXF receipt to first-off component within 24–48 hours for standard materials

Applications

Pharmaceutical

Cleanroom furniture panels, SS enclosure blanks, equipment chassis components for pharma facilities

MedTech

Precision chassis panels for medical device assemblies — EM200 Chassis (31 components, ±0.5mm)

Industrial & Energy

Control panel blanks, structural plates, mounting brackets for HPCL, Schneider Electric

Furniture

Furniture frame profiles, panel components, mixed-material desk and table components

Data Centre

Rack frame panels, server enclosure blanks, containment structure sheets

General Fabrication

Any sheet metal component to drawing — bracket, plate, panel, frame, or profile

Customization

Customers can specify material grade (MS, SS 304, SS 316, aluminium), sheet thickness, cut geometry via DXF or drawing, hole patterns, quantities, required edge finish, and delivery schedule. Tube cutting can be specified with profile type (round/square/rectangular) and wall thickness. No minimum order quantity.

Our Process

01

Requirement

Part specs, quantity, and material grade confirmed with the client.

02

Drawing / DXF Review

CAD files checked for tolerances, nesting, and cut-path accuracy.

03

Material Procurement

CRGO, CRCA, or aluminium sheet sourced and staged to gauge.

04

Laser Cutting

Sheets cut on the CNC laser to the reviewed DXF program.

05

Edge Inspection

Burr, dross, and dimensional checks against the drawing.

06

Dispatch / Next Process

Parts released to bending, welding, or direct dispatch.

Quality & Engineering

Every laser-cut component is checked against the customer drawing for positional accuracy, hole size, and edge quality before the next fabrication stage. Material certificates (heat number traceability) are available on request for SS grades. DXF cut programs are retained for repeat orders — no re-setup cost on reorders.
