Share your requirement – CAD, DXF, GD&T drawing, spec sheet, or sketch. We assess material (MS, SS 304/316, engineered wood/laminate), design the solution including welding sequences and fixturing requirements for tolerance-critical parts, and provide a detailed quotation with a timeline. For complex assemblies, we identify fixturing needs before production begins, not after the first bad weld.

Production moves to our Autonagar facility. Components are laser-cut on our Bystronic CNC Fibre Laser, formed on the AMADA Hydraulic CNC Press Brake, punched on the TRUMPF TruePunch 100, and pipe-bent on the ERCOLINA machine. For precision assemblies like the EM200 Chassis, we design and build welding fixtures and receiver gauges in-house, then weld on our IPG Laser Welding machine with dimensional checks against the fixture at each stage. Hardware is clinched using the HAEGER Electric Clinching Machine. Woodworking components are processed in parallel.

Every assembly is checked against the original drawing: dimensions, weld quality, surface finish, tapped hole accuracy, and hardware fitment. For the EM200 Chassis, this meant verifying ±0.5mm tolerance post-weld across all 31 joints before each unit was approved. Cleared pieces are dispatched and delivered with on-site installation support where required.
