Kurveline Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 2019 as the manufacturing arm of Kaizen Enterprises. In four years, it grew from ₹0.30 Cr to ₹4.80 Cr, achieving 175% average YoY growth by doing one thing that standard OEM manufacturers don't: building exactly what the customer needs.

Who we are

We specialize in custom design, manufacture and installation of sheet metal and furniture solutions of any scale and complexity.

There has always been a gap in the market. On one side, OEM manufacturers produce standard products at scale, designed for the most common requirement, not your specific one. On the other side, customers, including hospitals that need SS furniture to a precise hygiene spec, pharma plants that need storage to fit an odd-shaped cleanroom, industrial units that need enclosures built to an engineering drawing consistently find that the standard product falls short.

Kaizen Enterprises, a Visakhapatnam-based industrial supply group founded in 2008 saw this gap every day in its dealership business. As an authorized dealer for Godrej Storage Solutions, Godrej Security Solutions, Godrej Interio, the Kaizen team knew exactly where OEM products ended and customer needs began. In 2019, Kurveline Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated with one mandate: fill that gap through precision custom fabrication.

Today, Kurveline operates from a dedicated fabrication facility in APIIC IDA, Autonagar, Visakhapatnam, with a second facility being developed at AMTZ. Our clients include Pfizer, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Laurus Labs, HPCL, AMTZ, Schneider Electric, Tata Advanced Systems, IFGL, FMC, the Andhra Pradesh High Court, and Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University. In 2024, we were nominated for the CII-AMTZ MedTech Quality Champion Award for the EM200 Chassis, a 31-component precision welded assembly supporting over 2,000 parts.

2005

Kaizen Enterprises begins as an installation contractor for Godrej Storage Solutions, the foundation of the group's industrial expertise.

2008

Kaizen Enterprises formally established. Authorized dealer for Godrej Storage Solutions (industrial storage & warehousing), Godrej Security Solutions (safes, lockers, security equipment), and Godrej Interio (office furniture).

2019

Kurveline Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. incorporated: a dedicated manufacturing arm established to bridge the OEM-customer product gap through custom fabrication. Turnover: ₹0.30 Cr.

2020

Distribution milestones; first major orders in the industrial and institutional segments. Turnover:₹0.30Cr.

2021

Foray into the medical segment: first healthcare fabrication projects. Samsung TV Business dealership initiated. Turnover: ₹1.62 Cr (+440% YoY).

2022

Pharma and industrial client base established, including Laurus, DRL, HPCL, and Schneider. Turnover: ₹3.06 Cr (+89% YoY).

2023

300-unit Health Kiosk enclosure PO received from India Health Link (AMTZ project). Turnover: ₹4.80 Cr (+57% YoY).

2024

Nominated for CII-AMTZ MedTech Quality Champion Award for EM200 Chassis. Land acquired at AMTZ to build second dedicated factory with dedicated assembly lines and in-house powder coating facility.

Our Facility

Our primary fabrication facility is located in the APIIC Industrial Development Area, Autonagar, Visakhapatnam, close to the Parawada pharma corridor (Ramky Pharma City/JNPC), where several of our pharma clients operate. We have acquired land at AMTZ (Andhra MedTech Zone, Visakhapatnam) for a second dedicated facility, which will include dedicated assembly lines and an in-house powder coating facility, for reducing lead times and enabling higher production volumes.
